Quality Inn Aurora

Since it was very inexpensive it was OK, but I was very disappointed when my room was not made up, after we had been gone all day. Front desk was very apologetic & got us fresh towels, etc.

Checked in at night with several people hanging out in parking lot. Did not feel most safe. Room was poorly remodeled. Toilet seat not secured. We did not get much sleep that night. Bath towel had stains. ...read more

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, in all regards. It is located just off a busy highway, but with no noise from same. It is relatively small, but I think that allows it the opportunity to be as good as they are! We arrived early, just to check on the status of a roll-away I ordered, and not only was the roll-away in the room, they allowed us to check-in and enter the room and leave our luggage. The hotel was centrally located, however, it was not quite what I expected from a Comfort Inn. Probably not stay at the hotel again.

This was fine, but not exceptional. I would not be disappointed if this were the hotel I stayed at again. Very convenient location for what we had to do. Great mall right across the highway.

1 star economy but no frills continental breakfast was a joke bed uncomfortable no lights by table so cant work there.

The service people were nice, but the building was musty.

Overall, It was a pleasant stay.

First had to change rooms because
TV wouldn't work then the complementary breakfast consisted of juice, Muffin and coffee.
